2. Commercial Terms

2.1 Orders and Quotations

All product quotations are valid for 15 days from issuance. Prices may be subject to variations depending on market conditions, volume, export destination, and season of the year.

2.2 Export Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing the necessary documentation for import in their destination country. MakerGrammy Ecuador handles the export documentation from Ecuador, including phytosanitary and origin certificates.

2.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms are established through prior agreement with each customer. Generally, we require an initial deposit of 40% to confirm the order and the remaining 60% before the shipment of the goods.

2.4 Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our products at the time of dispatch. We perform quality inspections before loading and provide photographic documentation of the process. Claims regarding quality must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

2.5 Cancellations

Order cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled dispatch date. Cancellations in a shorter timeframe may result in partial or total loss of the initial deposit, depending on the preparation status of the order.
